Unboxing video is mandatory and must be recorded from start without cuts, clearly showing package and product. Without this, complaints will not be accepted. Report within 24 hours of delivery. Product must be unused with tags. Color variations are not defects. Exchange depends on availability; otherwise store credit will be given. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping (if any) must be borne by the customer.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Shipping charges (if any) will be informed at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
